Microsoft Demonstrates 64-bit .NET Framework CLR

"Microsoft says the next release of its .net framework will have both 32-bit and 64-bit native. The firm claims that writing managed code now will be easy to port and in 'many cases', will just require copying existing apps to the new environment.
