Opera browser for Microsoft Smartphone thanks to Motorola?

"Opera Software and Motorola Personal Communications Sector signed Licensing Agreement. Does it mean that Opera will deliver Opera Browser also for Motorola MPx200 phone? Look how Michelle Valdivia from Opera Software ASA answers this question:
